Proofs sent to you without any committment to purchase : With a no committment to purchase, we send you digital proofs across of your design.The format for sending us artworks are in Adobe Illustrator or PDF and rest is taken care on our end, incase there is difficulty in sending us files you can either upload it on your FTP address and send the details to us or ask for an FTP to be created for uploading the same.

Turn around time & Payment Policy : Turn around time for a 100 deck order of 54 cards is approximately 2 weeks after artworks are approved and 100% payments are received in advance.

Delivery Options  : In terms of delivery option, there is a flexibility to the customer of arranging the Consignment or order pickup on his own via DHL,TNT or FedEx, if they dont want Professional Playing Cards, to take care of the freight.Please do keep in mind that freight prices are much higher in various countries if compared to India.

Execution of order & Intimation to the Customer : We make sure that our customers are aware of the progress of their order and a update from the artwork stages to the dispatch of decks is intimated to all our clients via mail as the order progresses through various stages, If anytime you wish to track any additional status of your order or need to know any additional details you can mail us anytime or leave a message on Live help and an Executive will revert back to you via Email if Live Help is unavailable at that time.

Please Note : Once an approval is received for the artworks and execution is done for the same we will be unable to change anything if the Printing has begun, Normally Printing of the order is immediately executed the next day, if any changes are again made after receiving the approval, and the printing has not yet started, an additional charge will be applicable for the new Plates along with the machine waiting charges. The additional charges are to make sure that our Customers go through the proofs sent to them completely before giving us a clearance for printing to avoid any delays in executing their order.
